Our water heater started leaking the Friday before Thanksgiving. Fortunately Dewolfe Plumbing came out Monday morning and was able to acquire a new quality unit and install it that day. Rich and crew did excellent job and explained what they were doing and why. The guys did not leave until our hot water was restored and we were very appreciative. Holiday disaster avoided.

Today we were having issues with our brand-new furnace purchased and installed by another plumber I used worked for. He sold so we needed to establish ourselves with a new plumbing company. We were very impressed with AJ and Izak who were professional, transparent and located the issue right way. Excellent experience and I would recommend. We will be having them as our plumbers. They are fair and reasonable as well.

Excellent Service, Highly Recommended! I recently had to call Dewolf plumbing for a septic issue and I am beyond impressed with the level of service I received. The customer service was excellent, they quickly scheduled me an emergency appointment. The plumbers Chuck and Sully arrived right on time , were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Was a very positive experience considering the circumstances and I feel confident in the quality of the work. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

The Tech Chuck, shows up at the earliest appointment time, looks at my issue, then tells me he can take care of this in a couple of hours. I wasn't expecting that, said heck yeah. In less than two hours the job was done. Very happy with the work, thanks Chuck

I called DeWolf because I suspected that I had a gas leak, but I wasn’t sure. I just moved into my home and I really didn’t know if the smell was normal. The Telephone Representative (I think her name was Kelly) was very nice and professional. She eased my mind. Then within 30 minutes Jamie Powers rang my doorbell. Jamie is very professional, thoroughly knowledgeable when it comes to gas appliances and absolutely the most friendly technician that has ever come to my home. Jamie actually isn’t a Technician. Jamie is a Plumbing Specialist/Project Manager. The telephone Representative called Jamie because all the other technicians were busy. I really appreciate everyone going the extra mile for me. In addition to my stove having a gas leak I had a gas fireplace that I couldn’t get it to work. Jamie knew exactly what was wrong with the fireplace. He explained exactly what he was doing as he fixed it. I feel so much better knowing the fireplace does not have a gas leak and works perfectly. The stove did have a gas leak which Jamie identified within minutes. Now I need a technician to fix it. However the leak is small and I can still live in the house until it’s repaired. Shortly after Jamie left he sent me an estimate for the work that needs to be done. The estimate was under what I thought I was going to have to pay. It’s very fair. My experience with DeWolf has been 5 star and I will continue to use them. Hopefully all the technicians are as thorough and intelligent as Jamie! Thank you DeWolf and Jamie for a job well done.

AJ was great! We are first time homeowners and he took the time to help us understand our heating system. He communicated well about pricing and the work he would be performing. We are extremely pleased with the quality of service at a very reasonable cost!

Our overall experience with DeWolfe plumbing and heating was outstanding. Recently, we had to have a complete boiler installation. They gave us several options with reasonable prices. I also found our technician to be outstanding. He was professional, clean, courteous and answered all of our questions.
